His 2nd skill increases skill damage taken by the enemy by up to 30% (and you can reach that quick if you pair him with a commander like Guan Yu). From here it gets interesting and after several weeks of testing I believe there’s something important to mind if you plan on building Sargon. With the first skill it’s the same as with every legendary commander in Rise of Kingdoms, max it out before you star Sargon up. This helps you fine-tune in what order you want to upgrade the skills of your commander as not all skills are equally good and worth maxing or worth maxing first (in general) – this helps to invest your sculptures more reasonably to get the biggest bang for your buck.
